Shipping / Delivery

If you want to courier your amp to me, great, but make sure I know it's coming, and please ensure a specified delivery time so I can ensure safe arrival.

Some people have sent amps without an accompanying note - sorry, but my telepathy's not what it was.

All couriered amps should contain a repair form from you inside the packaging, detailing your name, address, problem etc, so I can relate it to any discussion we've had. Just download and save the form to your PC and complete it. Type it, handwrite clearly - I don't mind.

When the item's ready, I'll let you know, so you can organise a pick-up - get your courier firm to liase with me on timing.

Return packaging - ideally, I'll use what it came in - if not, it will be securely packed.

Apart from that, I'll leave transportation in your capable hands...
